
Who can enter Canada on a business class visa?

A person may qualify for a permanent resident visa as an investor, entrepeneur or skilled worker, as follows:
Investors
An investor applicant must have relevant business experience in owning and operating a business enterprise, a personnel net worth of CAD$800,000 and be willing to invest CAN$400,000 in a Canadian government sponsored program. The investment is returned, without interest after five years.
Entrepreneurs
An entrepreneur applicant must have relevant business experience in owning and operating a business enterprise, a personnel net worth of CAN$300,00 and must own and manage a qualifying business after settling in Canada.
Skilled Workers
An applicant under the skilled worker program must have educational qualification and work experience in specified skill categories listed by the Canadian goverment, in addition to English and French language competence and a general education background.
