Submit petitions for green cards
We prepare and submit petitions for "green cards" for our clients. We assist with investor fast-track residence requests (EB-5) as well as with traditional processing. EB-5 green cards are available for qualifying investors who invest US$1 million to create or expand existing US enterprises that result in 10 full time jobs for US residents, or who invest US$500,000 in certain businesses a "targeted employment area".
Who is elligible for a green card
Green cards are also available for workers in certain skilled jobs, for spouses and family members fo US permanent residents or citizens and a very limited amount of "diversity visa lottery winners".
